The AB202X is a low power and  high-performance Bluetooth Low Energy SoC. This  SoC integrates all the essentials of a Bluetooth  smart device which includes 32-bit 120MHz RISC-V  processor Core with 72KB RAM , internal  1M/2M/4Mbit Flash and high-performance 2.4GHz  RF transceiver.  The AB202X features built-in MIC amplifier,  Sigma-Delta ADC,USB,digital interface,integrated  capless LDOs,DCDC converter supporting 2-5.5V  supply range,making it a complete low power SoC  solution for application such as IoT and disposables.
