LTH7R. is a constant current / constant voltage base charger chip, which is mainly used in single lithium battery charging. Charging current is automatically adjusted to limit the chip temperature at high power and high ambient temperature. Its charging voltage is fixed at 4.2V, and the charging current can be adjusted by using an external resistor. When the floating charging voltage is reached and the charging current drops to 1 / 10 of the setting circuit, the LTH 7 R. When the input voltage is shifted, LTH 7 R. automatically enters the low current mode, draws current less than 2 uA from the battery. When LTH 7 R. enters into standby mode, the supply current is less than 25 uA.
