DW02CA - Lithium Battery Protection Chip

DW02CA Series circuit is a high-precision single-section built-in MOSFET rechargeable lithium battery protection circuit, it sets high-precision overvoltage charging protection, over-voltage discharge protection, over-current discharge protection and other performance in one. In normal condition, the VDD end voltage of DW02CA is between the over voltage charge protection threshold (VOC) and the over voltage discharge protection threshold (VOD), and the VM detection end voltage is between the charger detection voltage (VCHG) and the over current discharge protection threshold (VEDI), when DW02CA turns on the built-in N-MOS tube. At this time, you can either charge the battery with the charger, or discharge the battery through the load.
