HT8697 is a dual channel unfiltered Class D audio power amplifier with anti distortion function. It can continuously output 2 under VDD=8.5V, THD+N=10%, and 4 Ω load conditions × 9.5W power HT8697 can also work in AB mode, and can instantly output 2 under VDD=8.5V, THD+N=10%, and 4 Ω load × 9.0W power. The HT8697 has an anti clipping distortion (ACF) output control function, which can detect and suppress output signal clipping distortion (cracking) caused by excessive amplitude of input music and voice signals, significantly improving sound quality, creating comfortable listening experience, and protecting the speaker from overload damage. At the same time, the chip also has ACF-Off mode configurable. The HT8697 integrates filter free digital modulation technology internally, which can directly drive the speaker and minimize the distortion and noise of pulse output signals. The output does not require a filtering network, and very few external components save system space and cost, making it an ideal choice for portable applications.
