HR9110S is a single channel H-bridge driver chip used in DC motor solutions The H-bridge driving part of HR9110S adopts PMOS and NMOS power transistors with low on resistance. The low on resistance ensures low power loss of the chip, making it safe to work for a longer time HR9110S has low standby current and low static operating current. These properties make HR9110S easy to use in various low-voltage DC motor drive solutions。HR1124S/HR9110S contains an over temperature shutdown protection inside. When the load motor is low impedance or the output terminal is short circuited, the output current of HR1124S/HR9110S rises sharply, and the internal temperature also rises sharply. When the chip temperature exceeds the maximum temperature threshold (typical 150 ℃), HR1124S/HR9110S will turn off all outputs to prevent potential safety hazards. Only when it is confirmed that the chip has returned to a safe operating temperature, The built-in temperature hysteresis circuit is used to re control the driving circuit。
