AT8313 provides three independently controllable half H-bridge drives, each of which can output 2.5A peak current or 1.75A root mean square (RMS) current. It can drive a three-phase brushless DC motor and can also be used to drive other inductive loads such as solenoids. Each half H-bridge output driver stage is composed of two N-type power MOSFETs, and its grounding terminal can be externally connected with a current detection resistor to detect the output current value。The internal shutdown function includes overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, undervoltage locking protection, and over temperature protection, and provides a fault detection output pin。
