AT8325 is a driver chip that includes three and a half bridges and can be independently controlled, used to drive a three-phase DC brushless motor, or drive other loads such as solenoids. Each half bridge is equipped with N-channel power MOSFETs on the high and low sides, which can output 5.5A peak current. The source end of the low side MOSFET, that is, the power ground of the chip, can be connected to a current detection resistor to detect the output current。The internal protection function includes overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, and over temperature protection, and provides a fault detection output pin。
