HR8825 is a stepper motor driver that integrates an internal decoder and is used in printers, scanners, and other automation devices. It can drive bipolar stepper motors to operate in full, half, 1/4,1/8,1/16,1/32 stepper modes. The stepper mode is selected by the logic input pin MODEx, and its output driving capacity reaches 32V ± 2.5A。The decoder is the key to the ease of use of HR8825. By inputting a pulse through the STEP pin, the motor can complete a step, eliminating the need for phase sequence tables, high-frequency control lines, and complex programming interfaces, making it more suitable for situations without complex microprocessors or heavy microprocessor burden。
