LP5300-OVP36V 2.1A overvoltage protection

LP5300 is an overvoltage protection (OVP) and overcurrent protection (OCP) device. When any input voltage or current exceeds the threshold, the device will turn off the internal MOSFET to disconnect VIN to VOUT to protect the load. The Over Temperature Protection (OTP) function can monitor the chip temperature to protect the device. LP5300 comes with SOT-23-6L and SOT89 software packages. The standard product is lead-free and halogen-free.

    3. OVP threshold: 6.1V
    4. OVP threshold time less than 1 μ Overcurrent protection: 2.1 (minimum)
